Description

This delicate Persian sweet is made with fine chickpea flour and is crumbly with the amazing flavors of rose water, cardamom and pistachio. They are very delicious and easily melt in your mouth. These cookies are made with mini clover-shaped cookie cutters but any miniature cookie cutter will do.
